First Touch Soccer's Best Dream Team

After spending quite a large aount of time researching online I came to realise there was no proper guide to the best dream team available on First Touch Soccer. I am by no means certain this is the best squad available, so please update me if you do find any players ranked higher than the ones I name here. The squad I have created covers all positions, so despite there being defenders who are rated ~90 please do not tell me there are strikers who have a higher rating, the idea here is to create an even spread over all positions.
